Information for podium presenters:
- Please prepare your power point presentation and bring it to the room where you presentation is scheduled at least 30 min before the start of the session.
- If you plan to play a video during your presentation, please inform us about it in advance.
- You will find the following equipment in the room: a podium for presenter, a laptop with Windows program, a clicker/laser pointer and tabletop microphone on the podium. There will be no possibility to use your own laptop during the conference.
- Power Point presentation will be opened in “Presenter view” mode.
- Please follow a timer, which you will find on the left corner of your Power Point and which will turn on when your ppt slides will be opened (please see the picture below).
- As conference will be streamed virtually, we recommend to use a laser pointer of the Power Point instead of the laser pointer/clicker which will be placed nearby the laptop. Please use a clicker only for changing the slides. To activate a laser point in the Power Point, please click on the tab below (see the picture)
